What is essential for your work and life?
Let's experience working together.Let us build greater trust by fostering long-term collaborations.
Three times per month in the evening, we get on our zoom video together and learn from essential books together in an hour. For our conversations to be effective some preparation is required.Hence our reading list below.
Systematically, we examine ourselves, as we study together. In each book, we examine relevant quotes to ground the research-based theories with perennial wisdom. Our practical assignments help define unique skills.
What is your vision for your work?Peer-based interactions help us explore interpersonal and extrapersonal communication and leadership methodologies.
In our Blue Ocean Strategy, our goals are multiple. Our diverse Metro Collaborative groups combine seasoned clinicians across disciplines, including dental, medical, mental health, and integrative health as well as wellness practitioners, and sometimes healthcare attorneys, researchers, and integrative financial advisors.
Read, listen to, and discuss books that improve your ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, associates, clients, and family.
Challenge and inspire questions to expand and refine leadership and communication skills.
Be accountable to peers; building long-term professional relationships.
Acquire skills, tools, and roadmaps to anticipate change and lead rather than adapt.
