Focus and Contribution

One of his proudest moments as a Tenant Rep occurred in December 2016 when a 30 year lease for an 80,000 SF building located in the South Bronx was executed for Boys Prep Elementary and Middle Schools. Once construction was complete, the building would be “home” to 800 Students from grades K-8.
