Seamless Knowledge

Prior to joining Vicus Partners in 2012, Philip held leadership positions in healthcare, business and the arts. His diverse background and his knowledge of New York City real estate allows him to seamlessly interact with a broad range of organizations and bring a multi-disciplinary approach to his work with clients.

Focus and Contribution

One of his proudest moments as a Tenant Rep occurred in December 2016 when a 30 year lease for an 80,000 SF building located in the South Bronx was executed for Boys Prep Elementary and Middle Schools. Once construction was complete, the building would be “home” to 800 Students from grades K-8.

Leading Medical Visionaries

Philip is currently representing a team of visionary leaders in the medical profession, lead by two distinguished NYC Obstetricians who have plans to open the first of it’s kind ambulatory neonatal care and birthing center in the country in Manhattan.
